How We Engage

Ghost Global Services approaches every inquiry with the same discipline that guides our operations: legality first, clarity of purpose, and controlled decision-making. Not every request becomes an engagement, and not every engagement should.

Our process is intentionally deliberate.

Initial Inquiry & Context Review

All engagements begin with an initial inquiry to establish basic context, jurisdiction, and client objectives. This stage allows us to determine whether a request is lawful, appropriate, and aligned with our operating principles. Submission of an inquiry does not imply acceptance of services.

Preliminary Screening & Alignment

Each inquiry is reviewed for legal, ethical, and operational alignment. Requests that would interfere with law enforcement, violate applicable laws, exceed lawful authority, or conflict with our professional standards are declined without exception.

This screening process exists to protect clients, authorities, and all parties involved.

Scope Definition & Risk Framing

For inquiries that proceed, we work with the client to define scope, objectives, geographic considerations, and risk factors. This includes clarifying what services are appropriate—and just as importantly, what services are not.

Our role is to provide disciplined advisement and controlled solutions, not to pursue actions driven by urgency alone.

Engagement Decision

Ghost Global Services reserves the right to accept or decline any engagement at its sole discretion. Acceptance is based on legality, feasibility, risk profile, and alignment with our operating doctrine.

When an engagement is accepted, it is governed by written agreements that define scope, authority, confidentiality, and limitations.

Ongoing Oversight & Review

Approved engagements are continuously reviewed to ensure conditions remain lawful, appropriate, and consistent with the agreed scope. Should circumstances change, Ghost Global Services retains the right to modify or terminate an engagement as necessary to preserve legal and ethical integrity.

We Believe

We believe discipline precedes action.
We believe preparation prevents escalation.
We believe refusal is sometimes the most responsible decision.

Ghost Global Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any engagement that is unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with its professional standards.
